Development Director (Maternity Cover)

The London Philharmonic Orchestra is looking for an experienced Development Director to cover maternity leave during 2025. Managing an active team of six, including specialists in individual giving, trusts, corporate and events, the role will run a busy schedule of cultivation and stewardship opportunities and events, with the expectation of raising c.£2m annually.

We are open to a part-time candidate (3-4 days) or a full-time position for someone with the right experience.

The successful candidate will find themselves in a very supportive environment with engaged boards and senior management team, alongside an established support base and some exciting projects in the pipeline.
