LPO Plus is the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s reward scheme. By signing up, you can earn points when you book tickets, which can be redeemed on future ticket orders.

How does it work? 

Earn

Book your tickets via the London Philharmonic Orchestra website and earn LPO Plus points

• For every £1 you spend, earn 10 points 
• For every £0.10 you spend, earn 1 point

Redeem

Redeem your points as part-payment on future ticket purchases via the London Philharmonic Orchestra website.

• 1 point = £0.01

Once you’re signed up, you’ll need to log in and update your interests. Scroll down to LPO Plus, tick the sign up box, and you’re in!

Please note that LPO Plus points cannot be earned or redeemed on the following:

• Tickets booked using an offer code
• Tickets booked using our multi-buy series discount
• Memberships
• Merchandise
• Donations to the LPO 
• Booking and restoration levy fees

LPO Plus points cannot be earned via telephone bookings or online bookings through any website other than lpo.org.uk.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Points cannot be refunded to your account once they’ve been used. 

Points will not be earned on the remaining balance where points are being used towards a spend.

You can leave LPO Plus at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any points on your account will expire.
