Every artist, whether painter, poet, writer, choreographer or composer, needs an idea, or at least the germ of one, as a starting point. But where does one find these ideas? What happens when we look for inspiration across art forms?

Join us for Debut Sounds, our annual concert showcasing new works by the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s Young Composers.  This year, the composers have created five exciting new compositions inspired by other art forms from etching to animation, painting to circus arts.

Guided and conducted by LPO Composer-in-Residence Brett Dean, and continuing to celebrate emerging talent, the new works will be performed by an ensemble of musicians from the LPO Foyle Future Firsts Development Programme, alongside LPO players.
