Andrew Davenport

Dubbed ‘the JK Rowling of the under-fives’, Andrew is the award-winning co-creator of Teletubbies, and writer of all 365 episodes.

He is creator, writer and composer of all 100 episodes of In the Night Garden. The proudest moment of his career came when the LPO played his In the Night Garden Theme at the Royal Festival Hall at a FUNharmonics family concert.

Andrew believes access to music is of critical importance for all children, and he especially values the LPO’s unique and extensive community and education activity.
