





Coco Inman
Second Violin (No. 4)
British-Japanese violinist Coco Inman joined the LPO in June 2025.
Coco started her musical studies at Chetham’s School of Music, later completing her Bachelors and Masters at London’s Royal College of Music.
A passionate collaborative musician, Coco has engaged in a variety of styles and ensembles, ranging from Baroque to contemporary and pop music. She has worked with orchestras across the UK including the Philharmonia Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, the HallĂ© and Britten Sinfonia, and she joined Manchester Camerata in 2023. She was part of the LPO’s Foyle Future Firsts programme in 2023/24.
In 2022, with the SalomĂ© Quartet, Coco was part of devising and performing in the play Dr Semmelweis, written by and starring Mark Rylance, directed by Tom Morris, with music by Adrian Sutton. The show first ran at the Bristol Old Vic, and later at London’s Harold Pinter Theatre.
Other chamber work has included Her Ensemble, 12 Ensemble, the Listening Project and Manchester Collective, as well as performing at Wigmore Hall, Conway Hall and Wye Valley Chamber Music Festival. Coco is also a member of eclectic London five-piece band pencil.
