Natasha Tsukanova

After a long and distinguished career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, Natasha founded in 2009 XENON Capital Partners, a London and Moscow based investment banking firm which quickly became a leading advisor in cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the Russian energy sector.

She was Co-Chairman of CTC Media in 2015-16 where she led the company’s complex restructuring; and is on the Executive Board of Kerogen Capital, an Asia-based oil and gas private equity fund. She holds a degree in Economics from the Moscow State University, was awarded a scholarship at Harvard University, and holds an MBA degree (Honours) from INSEAD.

Together with her husband Igor she founded the Tsukanov Family Foundation, which supports projects in the fields of Russian culture, art and education. Amongst its many notable projects are three major collaborations with the Saatchi Gallery, provision of scholarships at some of the leading British schools, and support of productions at the Royal Opera House, where Natasha is a member of the Board of Honorary Directors.
