Nadya believes that the way to stay ahead is to keep your eyes firmly on the future, hence she has been driving and delivering business change for 20 years, having built three world-class businesses: Dare, Lost Boys and Sunshine.
She has been nominated a BIMA Hot 100 two years in a row and was named as one of the Hospital Club’s H100. Nadya is a regular columnist for Admap; contributes to The Drum, Marketing and Campaign; and has spoken at Cannes, SXSW and with the IPA.
She is passionate about technology and the positive disruption it can cause, and co-founded Innovation Social. She also views diversity as critical to business success and co-founded Millennial Mentoring and The Great British Diversity Experiment, both of which seek to drive diversity in communications.
